During this massage you will receive a custom massage suited for your needs and goals, Swedish techniques, assisted stretching, and some TP therapy if needed. Deep tissue can be booked for an additional charge.

“Me time” catered for people who just want to relax and be pampered. In this therapy you will receive dry brushing and back masque, foot scrub, and hot towels. An overall relaxing massage with some detailed work if needed.

A massage catered for people who need more care and pain relief. What you will receive is red light therapy on the specific area(s) of discomfort, cupping (unless requested otherwise), topped with a CBD topical and a custom massage to your specific needs.
